Autoship Discount Program (ADP) allows Customer to receive monthly shipments of regularly requested product(s) at a discount. Customer will receive $10.00 off Herbal Enlightenment’s (HE) Herbal Colon Cleanse and Super Lax Signature Synergy package, less shipping and handling, taxes and all other applicable fees. All other Herbal Enlightenment products will receive a 20% discount, less shipping and handling, taxes and all other applicable fees. The Autoship Discount Program has a one-time initiation processing fee of $50.00 which is automatically waived upon initiation and has a 3 months minimum requirement to receive discounts. Customer may use the ADP discount of $10.00 off the Herbal Colon Cleanse and Super Lax Signature Synergy package in conjunction with a 10% discount on all other HE products. The ADP allows only the discount of $10.00 off HE Herbal Colon Cleanse and Super Lax Signature Synergy package and the 10% discounts on all other HE products, less shipping and handling, taxes and all other applicable fees, to be used concurrently and does not apply to the 20% discount offer on all other HE products.

Customer may cancel this ADP agreement with an advance 30 days written cancellation notice; Customer understands that a cancellation notice must be submitted no later than 30 days from ADP sign up date. If Customer cancels after the advance notice period and without written notification, Customer understands that the difference between the actual product cost and discounted amount for the remaining months within the quarter will become due and applied to Customers account before cancellation can be honored and final. Customer understands that if cancellation requirement is not honored according to the ADP, then the Initiation Processing fee of $50.00 will be applied to Customer's account in addition to any other applicable fees before cancellation can become final. Customer understands that if cancellation is submitted during the last month of any given quarter, then the difference between the actual product cost and discounted amount for the remaining months, new quarter or next 3 months, will become due and applied to Customers account before cancellation can be honored and final. ADP cannot be used with any other discount offer.
